Can the Poseidon Automatic Scuba Arctic Watch be easily adjusted to fit smaller wrists?

Unfortunately, we do not have an adjustable band on this watch model, so it may not fit smaller wrists without some adjustment or possibly without being able to fit at all. However, our stainless steel case is fitted with a 20mm strap, which can be swapped out for a smaller strap if needed.
