Hi Rajesh, the Subgear Shorty DeFinsition M Black 2.5MM is designed for salt and freshwater use, but occasional pool training is fine. To extend the lifespan, we recommend rinsing the wetsuit thoroughly with fresh water after each pool session to remove chlorine.
