Elara Khoo –
I got the Problue AC-36-9 Deluxe Underwater Notebook as a gift for my outdoor enthusiast friend. She was thrilled with its size, weighing 315g, and the nylon fabric cover that can withstand water pressure. She loves jotting down notes about her dives while the waterproof and dustproof inner pages keep her drawings intact. I was a bit worried that the graphite pencil might not write well underwater, but it actually performs beautifully.
Khinsi Lim –
As someone who loves to take notes during my SCUBA dives, I’ve been searching for a waterproof notebook that can keep up with me. I was impressed by the durability of the Problue AC-36-9 Deluxe Underwater Notebook’s nylon cover, which can withstand some pretty rough handling. However, I did find the plastic inner pages to be a bit stiff at first, but they eventually loosened up.
Jasper Ong –
I’ve been testing the Problue AC-36-9 Deluxe Underwater Notebook for a few months now, and I’m really impressed with its performance. The notebook’s water resistance has been put to the test, and it’s held up beautifully. I’ve also been using the graphite pencil, and it writes smoothly even when wet. The only thing I’d like to see is a more reinforced pouch to store the notebook safely.

How does the Problue AC-36-9 Deluxe Underwater Notebook handle extreme temperatures?
Imran Hanafiah –
Thank you for sharing your interest in the Problue AC-36-9 Deluxe Underwater Notebook’s performance in extreme temperatures. This notebook’s outer cover is indeed made of heavy-duty Nylon fabric, which is generally resistant to heat and cold. However, please note that the inner pages are made of plastic, and prolonged exposure to extremely high or low temperatures could potentially affect the durability of these pages. We recommend storing the notebook in a temperate environment and avoiding exposure to direct heat sources or freezing conditions. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Angela Lee –
The Problue AC-36-9 Deluxe Underwater Notebook was a game-changer for my underwater adventures. The heavy-duty Nylon fabric made it incredibly durable, and the plastic inner pages kept my writing dry even when submerged in water.
Kiera Tan –
Can it be used for writing underwater without a pressurized container or will there be leakage of contents especially writing materials like pens and pencils?
Junhao Lo –
Thank you for reaching out to us about the usage of the Problue AC-36-9 Deluxe Underwater Notebook. The product is designed to be used underwater, and it does come with plastic inner pages that can withstand water pressure. However, it’s essential to note that the notebook is not intended to be used at depths where water pressure would cause the pages to leak or the cover to rupture.
Dennis Chow –
I was impressed by the size of the Problue AC-36-9 Deluxe Underwater Notebook, it’s the perfect size for carrying around while scuba diving. The graphite pencil that comes with it is also very useful.
Adam Koh –
What material is the graphite pencil made of and would it be highly prone to damage when exposed to water?
Junhao Lo –
Thank you for your question, Adam. We’re happy to inform you that the graphite pencil included with the Problue AC-36-9 Deluxe Underwater Notebook is made of a water-resistant material that’s designed to perform well in underwater environments. While it’s not completely waterproof, it’s certainly constructed to withstand accidental exposure to water. However, we do recommend minimally exposing the pencil to water to ensure optimal performance and longevity. We appreciate your question and hope this helps you make the most of your notebook experience!
Angeline Tan –
The Problue AC-36-9 Deluxe Underwater Notebook is a great tool for underwater exploration. However, I wish it came with a strap or attachment point for easier carrying.
Catherine Chan –
I am considering this product for underwater archaeological exploration. Would the notebook be water-resistant up to 100 meters depth and can it withstand current water temperatures ranging from 10°C to 20°C?
Imran Hanafiah –
Thank you for considering our Problue AC-36-9 Deluxe Underwater Notebook for your underwater archaeological exploration. The notebook’s cover is made of heavy-duty nylon fabric, which is water-resistant but not waterproof. While it can withstand short exposure to water, it’s not designed for prolonged submersion at depths of 100 meters. The maximum recommended depth for this notebook is around 10 meters. As for the temperature range, the notebook should be usable within the 10°C to 20°C (50°F to 68°F) range, but we don’t recommend using it in water temperatures below 5°C (41°F) or above 30°C (86°F). If you’re looking for a notebook suitable for deep-sea exploration, we suggest checking our other products specifically designed for that purpose. We’d be happy to discuss further and provide recommendations.
Rachel Lee –
What would happen if you write with a standard pen in the plastic inner pages – will ink be able to be submerged and potentially void the notebook?
Imran Hanafiah –
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns about using the Problue AC-36-9 Deluxe Underwater Notebook with a standard pen. While we designed the notebook to be submersible with permanent ink pencils, the inner pages are made of a specialized plastic that’s resistant to water but not ideal for ballpoint ink. Writing with a standard pen may not be an issue initially, but the ink may still bleed or seep through the pages when exposed to water or moisture. It’s also possible that the ink could eventually damage the notebook’s water-resistant properties. That being said, we’ve had customers successfully use the notebook with standard pens without any issues. To be on the safe side, we recommend sticking to pencils that are designed for underwater use, like the ones that came with the notebook. If you have any further questions or would like more information, feel free to ask.
