Wei Ming Tan –
Used the Aquatec Aqua-Star LED Torch for a night dive at Pulau Tioman, and it was impressively bright for its size. The button was easy to operate even with gloves, but it would be great if a wrist lanyard was included.
Junhao Lo –
Thank you for sharing your experience, Mr. Tan! We appreciate your suggestion regarding the wrist lanyard and will share this feedback with our product team for future enhancements.
Ambika Pillai –
Is the torch compatible with rechargeable AA batteries, or do I need to use standard disposable ones?
Imran Hanafiah –
Thank you for your question, Ms. Pillai. The Aquatec Aqua-Star LED Torch can be used with both standard disposable and rechargeable AA batteries, giving you flexibility based on your preference.
Nurul Huda Ismail –
I like that the torch is compact and fits easily in my gear bag. The light is strong enough for exploring wrecks, but I noticed it gets a bit warm after prolonged use.
Junhao Lo –
Thank you, Ms. Ismail, for your honest feedback. Some warmth is normal due to the high-performance LED, but your note is valuable and we’ll continue working to ensure both safety and comfort in our designs.

Good light, except it has developed a milky film on the inside of the glass significantly affecting brightness. Does not appear possible to get to the inside of the front glass to clean it out.

Ahh that’s a common problem with dive lights the “sealed” nature of a dive torch is actually what makes fogging so persistent. Because it is airtight, any moisture trapped during assembly has nowhere to go once it turns into vapor. Try storing it with silica packs the next time you have a dive torch!
