I recently purchased the Vdive Freediving Snorkel Float 5mm, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance. The material is surprisingly durable, and the design makes it incredibly easy to spot underwater. However, I do wish it came with a more comprehensive instruction manual. Overall, a great addition to any snorkeler’s gear.

I’ve been using the Vdive Freediving Snorkel Float 5mm for a few weeks now, and it’s become an essential part of my snorkeling gear. It’s incredibly lightweight and easy to attach to my snorkel. The only con is that it can be a bit prone to wear and tear, but I suppose that’s a small price to pay for the convenience it offers.

Is the Vdive Freediving Snorkel Float 5mm suitable for snorkeling in cold water?
Junhao Lo –
Thank you for your review, Justin! However, we don’t have any information about the Vdive Freediving Snorkel Float 5mm’s temperature ratings or the material used, which would affect its performance in cold water. If your primary concern is the thickness of the neoprene, the 5.0 mm material you mentioned might still provide a good level of insulation. That being said, the suitability of this product for snorkeling in cold water depends on various factors, including water temperature and personal comfort. I recommend checking the product’s material and the manufacturer’s guidelines for cold-water use before making a purchase. Have you tried this product in cold water, Justin?
