Muhammad Nur Haikal –
I recently purchased the Problue AC-37-12A Alert Marker for use on my boat. Its reflective tape and D-ring on top make it easily visible and convenient to hang. The material is sturdy and well-constructed. My experience with this product has been excellent, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable alert marker.
Emily Patel –
Can this alert marker withstand harsh weather conditions? Should I be worried about it getting damaged if it’s exposed to heavy rain or extreme temperatures?
Junhao Lo –
Thank you for reaching out to us, Emily! We understand your concern about the durability of our Problue AC-37-12A 1.8 meters Alert Marker in harsh weather conditions. Our alert markers are designed to withstand normal outdoor weather conditions, including rain and moderate temperatures. However, we cannot guarantee that it will withstand extreme temperatures or prolonged exposure to heavy rain. To ensure the longest lifespan, we recommend storing the alert marker in a dry, shaded area when not in use. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. We’re always here to help!
Abdul Murad –
Does the Problue AC-37-12A Alert Marker come with a lanyard or attachment point for use on lines or strops? Can the oral tube be replaced if damaged?
Junhao Lo –
Thank you for reaching out and bringing these questions to our attention, Abdul Murad. According to the product description, the Problue AC-37-12A Alert Marker features a D-ring on top, which can be used as an attachment point for lines or strops. However, it comes with a reflective tape, not a lanyard. Concerning the oral tube, it’s possible to replace it if damaged. Given its description as a ‘new dump and oral tube,’ it seems the tube is a replaceable component. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us or other users with similar experiences may be able to offer additional insights.
Rachel Wong –
What’s the recommended way to attach this alert marker to a boat or a tree? Are there any specific instructions or recommendations from the manufacturer?
Imran Hanafiah –
Thank you for your question, Rachel! To attach the Problue AC-37-12A 1.8 meters Alert Marker to a boat or a tree, we recommend using the D-ring on the top of the marker. You can secure it to the boat with a rope or line, or to a tree with a carabiner or clip. As for manufacturer instructions, we haven’t received any specific guidelines from Problue. However, it’s always a good idea to ensure a secure attachment to prevent the marker from being blown away by the wind or knocked over. Do you have any other questions or concerns? Others may also be interested in hearing how you choose to use your alert marker.

I’m not sure if it’s just me, but I’m not really a fan of the material used for this alert marker. It feels a bit cheap and I worry it might fray after a while. Nevertheless, it’s still functional and serves its purpose. For the price, I’d say it’s worth a shot, but I’d be hesitant to recommend it to others.
Brenda Owens –
I’ve been using this alert marker for a few weeks now and I must say it’s been a game-changer for my daily activities. Its reflective tape is super visible even in low light conditions, and the D-ring on top makes it easy to hang. What I love most about this product is its durability – it’s been dropped a few times, but it still looks brand new!
Ryan Nicholas –
I’m really happy with the Problue AC-37-12A Alert Marker’s performance in low-light conditions. But one thing I’d like to know is, does the reflective tape attach loosely or is it fixed firmly to the main body?
Imran Hanafiah –
Thank you for sharing your positive experience with our Problue AC-37-12A Alert Marker. Our product’s reflective tape is fixed firmly to the main body, ensuring it stays securely in place during use. This design consideration allows for enhanced visibility and safety, especially in low-light conditions like you mentioned. We’re glad you’re satisfied with the product’s performance! Would you like to know more about any other aspect of our Alert Marker?
Daniel Tsai –
I’m planning to use this alert marker for my sailing activities, but I’m not sure if it’s suitable for high-velocity winds. Does anyone have any experience with this product in such conditions?
Imran Hanafiah –
Thank you for your question, Daniel. Although we don’t have any specific feedback about using this product in high-velocity winds, the Problue AC-37-12A 1.8 meters Alert Marker is designed to be sturdy and durable. The reflective tape and D-ring on top suggest that it is meant to withstand various weather conditions. However, we recommend consulting the manufacturer’s instructions for more information on its durability and wind resistance. We’d love to hear more about your sailing activities if you end up purchasing this product. Have you considered reaching out to other sailors or sailors’ forums for advice on suitable alert markers for high-velocity winds?
Amira Riazat –
Unfortunately, the Problue AC-37-12A Alert Marker I received had a small dent, which I hope won’t affect its performance. Besides that, I’ve been using it for a while now, and the reflective tape is easy to clean and doesn’t come loose. I’d say the price is a bit high though.
Ashraff A Khan –
I’ve been using the Problue AC-37-12A Alert Marker for a few months now, and it’s held up great. I like how compact it is too! However, the manufacturer should consider adding some color options to match different types of boats or preferences.
Kavisha Balasingam –
What are the safety features of the Problue AC-37-12A Alert Marker? Is it buoyant and made of materials that can withstand harsh marine conditions?
Imran Hanafiah –
Thank you for choosing the Problue AC-37-12A Alert Marker. The safety features of this product include its reflective tape for increased visibility, especially in low-light conditions. It also comes equipped with a D-ring at the top, making it easy to attach to your life jacket or other safety equipment. Although we apologize for the incomplete information, the actual length of our product is indeed 6 feet and is made with durable materials. Its compact size, reflective tape, and durability make it a versatile tool.
