What's the difference between a recreational regulator and a technical one?
Recreational regulators (like Scubapro MK11/C370 or Mares Prestige) are designed for open-water diving to 40m. Technical regulators (like Poseidon X-stream) handle deeper, colder or extended dives with environmentally-sealed first stages and balanced second stages.
