The Mares Kona Mask system is designed to be very efficient in terms of breathing and visibility, but when it comes to cold water, we do recommend using a mask defogging spray or tablet. You can also try drying the mask out before using it, or even using a cloth to wipe off any excess moisture to minimize fogging. We’ve had some customers report minimal fogging in cold water, but it’s a good idea to take extra precautions. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask.
