I recently purchased the Mares Tek Shorts for my son’s water sports activities. The shorts are incredibly lightweight, quick-drying, and comfortable. I particularly like the mesh panels for added ventilation. Overall, we’re extremely satisfied with the buy and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great pair of shorts for water activities.

Can you please provide more color options for this product? I love the design and quality but would prefer a darker shade. Does it come in sizes extra-large for bigger boys?

Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer a darker shade option, but we’ll definitely pass on your suggestion to our design team. As for the size, we do offer large and XL, but extra-large is not a standard size option that we currently carry. However, we can special order it for you if you’d like. I got these shorts for my grandson’s birthday and he absolutely loves them! They fit perfectly and are so comfy. The only thing that would make them perfect is having a bit more pocket space. Does the company plan to add more pockets to future designs?

The Mares Tek Shorts have been my go-to choice for beach trips and casual outings. I like the snug fit and how they stay put even in windy weather. One thing I don’t like is how the crotch area can get heavy with water after a swim. A minor design tweak could fix that problem.
