However, if you’re planning to dive or swim in colder water, we recommend layering a wetsuit for added warmth. The 0.5mm thickness provides excellent protection from the sun’s UV rays, thanks to its UPF 50+ rating, but for colder water comfort, we’d recommend our thicker Neoprene options.
