I’m not sure what I was expecting, but I was surprised at how well built this gauge is. The gauge itself is super accurate and has a clear and backlit display, but I wish the entire gauge was backlit, not just the display. However, this minor complaint doesn’t detract from the fact that it’s been working flawlessly so far.

The S-06-2 has a temperature range of 60 to 140°F (15 to 60°C), so the gauge is designed to perform well within normal ambient temperatures. However, it’s recommended to store it in a room with a consistent temperature between 64°F to 80°F (18°C to 27°C) to prevent the gauge from being damaged from extreme temperature fluctuations. It’s generally safe to store the gauge in a cool, dry place. Please note, though, that exposure to temperatures above 140°F (60°C) for an extended period can damage your gauge.
