What is the difference between the 3mm and 5mm versions of this wetsuit? Does the thicker version offer better insulation?

The difference between the two lies in their thickness and, consequently, their ability to retain warmth. The 5mm version is designed for colder climates and provides better insulation due to its increased thickness. However, it may be bulkier and more difficult to move in compared to the 3mm version. We would recommend choosing the 3mm version for warmer waters or prefer a more flexible design and the 5mm version for colder waters or for those who require extra warmth.
