I’m struggling to understand the point of this product. Is it meant to hold the mask in place? Because it’s not doing a very good job of that for me. It keeps sliding down during sleep. Any tips would be appreciated.

Secondly, you can try adjusting the strap by tightening or loosening it to a comfortable level. Lastly, if you’re still experiencing issues, you can try using our adjustable clips that come with the product, designed to provide a snug fit. This product has been a total waste of money. The strap falls off during sleep and it’s not comfortable at all. For the price, I expected much better quality. Not recommending this to anyone.
