The Ocean Reef Mask Strap is designed to be durable and long-lasting, but it’s not specifically billed as ‘waterproof.’ However, it is capable of withstanding exposure to water without compromising its structural integrity. We do have some marine-grade materials available in our product line that offer added water-resistance. If you’re looking for a product with a protectant coating, we’d be happy to recommend some other options or potentially develop a custom solution for you. In the meantime, you can also consider pairing the Ocean Reef Mask Strap with our silicone mask strap keeper, which offers an extra layer of protection against scratches and scuffs.
