   The minor issue I encountered was the slight tear in the elbow area after use. Nonetheless, it is a great wetsuit! For beginners and frequent divers like myself, this is an excellent choice. Worth the price!

While it’s suitable for recreational diving, we recommend using it for scuba diving under the guidance of a certified instructor, especially for those who are new to the sport. However, for scuba diving instruction, we would recommend using a wetsuit specifically designed for teaching purposes. These wetsuits usually have additional features such as reinforced areas for repeated student use and clear visibility for instructors to supervise students.    How does one improve the comfort of this wetsuit while underwater?

To improve the comfort of the Mares Seal Skin Wetsuit 6mm while underwater, I’d recommend trying a few adjustments: Make sure the wetsuit fits you well on the surface, as a proper fit will reduce drag and discomfort while underwater. Also, consider practicing basic stretches before diving to loosen up your muscles and prevent any discomfort during the dive. Additionally, try not to constrict your body too much while removing the wetsuit, and avoid over-drying the suit as this can cause stiffness.
