   I’ve been using the Tusa Solar Dive Computer for a while now, and I must say it’s a game-changer. The solar recharge feature is so convenient and efficient. However, I do have one minor complaint – the Bluetooth connectivity can be a bit finicky at times, but overall it’s a great product.

According to our product specifications, the TUSA IQ1204 DC Solar Link dive computer has an IPX8 rating, which means it’s fully waterproof and can withstand being submerged in water at depths greater than 40 meters.    What is the optimal time to charge the battery of the Tusa Solar Dive Computer? Should I charge it before or after a dive?

     Dear Chandra, thank you for your review of the Tusa Solar Dive Computer. The device’s solar panel is designed to harness sunlight and charge the battery during use, eliminating the need for battery replacement. As there is no actual battery to charge, it is not necessary to charge it before or after a dive. Simply exposing the device to sunlight during use will allow it to charge.    Is the Tusa Solar Dive Computer compatible with my Apple Watch? Can I transfer my dive logs directly to my watch?

Unfortunately, we couldn’t find any information that confirms compatibility with the Apple Watch for our Tusa Solar Dive Computer. While it does support Bluetooth SMART technology for transferring dive logs to a smartphone or tablet, we recommend checking with Apple directly for their compatibility list.    I recently purchased the Tusa Solar Dive Computer and I’m so impressed with its features. The 4-Mix Gas support and Free-Dive Mode are very useful for me. However, I do wish it had a more ergonomic design.

   I recently purchased the Tusa Solar Dive Computer for my cave exploration trips and I was amazed by its durability and water resistance. The solar recharge feature is so convenient and efficient. The dive log transfer to my smartphone using Bluetooth SMART technology is also a time-saver. I highly recommend this product to all adventurers out there!
