   This long sleeve rash guard is an absolute game-changer for dives and water activities.
   The material is incredibly lightweight, breathable and quick-drying, making it perfect for even the most intense physical
   exertions. I’ve worn it for multiple dives and it has not shown any signs of fading or discomfort.
   If there’s anything to improve, it would be the sleeves being a tad too long for my liking.

   What’s the recommended washing method for this rash guard? I want to make sure I’m taking care of it properly.

     Thank you for reaching out about the washing instructions for our Scubapro T Flex Long Sleeves Men FJK Rashguard. The recommended method is to machine wash it in cold water using a mild detergent. We recommend avoiding bleach or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the fabric. Also, to prevent fading, it’s best to wash it inside out. After washing, tumble dry the rash guard on a low heat. To preserve the elasticity of the T-Flex material, make sure not to over-dry it.
