Emily Tay –
I’ve worn these gloves for several dives and they seem to be holding up well. The grip is still great and the neoprene hasn’t started to degrade. My only minor complaint is that they can be a bit tricky to put on and take off when they’re wet, but that’s not a major issue. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase!
Zachary Goh –
I’ve been using these gloves for several dives now, and I must say they’re one of the most comfortable gloves I’ve ever worn. The 2mm super stretch neoprene provides excellent flexibility, and the friction dots on the surface help to prevent slipping on the dive knife or other equipment. I’ve noticed an improvement in my grip and overall dive performance since starting to use these gloves. Highly recommended!
Haider Wahid –
The Scubapro Subgear D-Flex 2mm Gloves were an amazing addition to my dive gear. They were soft to the touch, lightweight, and extremely maneuverable. However, unfortunately for me, they developed a few annoying holes after only a few dives. Perhaps the stitches failed, or the neoprene material became porous. Nevertheless, I would still use them occasionally, but with a new layer underneath to minimize the risk of water entry. They definitely need to improve their durability!
Christine Yeoh –
I needed a new pair of gloves for cold-water diving, and I decided to take a chance on these. I’m glad I did – they’ve been a game-changer for me. The 2mm thickness is just right, and the palm area is surprisingly dexterous. I do wish they came in a few different colors, though.
Riya Ramchandran –
I loved how flexible and comfortable the Scubapro Subgear D-Flex 2mm Gloves were during my recent diving trip. The gloves were easy to put on and take off, and the material seemed durable. However, I was expecting more extra features such as a wrist strap to prevent water entry. For the price, I was expecting a bit more.

Can the Scubapro Subgear D-Flex 2mm Gloves be used in colder water conditions? As I’ve been planning to dive in the ocean around December and January, I need a reliable pair of gloves that can withstand the freezing temperatures.
Junhao Lo –
Thank you for reaching out to us about using the Scubapro Subgear D-Flex 2mm Gloves in colder water conditions. This product is designed for tropical and temperate water diving, and it’s not recommended for use in very cold water. The 2mm neoprene material provides a good balance between flexibility and warmth, but it’s not sufficient for colder water temperatures. If you plan to dive in December and January, we would recommend a pair of gloves made from a thicker, more insulating material. Would you like me to suggest some alternative products that might be suitable for your needs?
Vincent Khoo –
What materials did Scubapro use for the gloves’ palm? Are they ultra-quick to dry after dives?
Junhao Lo –
Thank you for your review, Vincent! The Scubapro Subgear D-Flex 2mm Gloves have a palm made from high-quality 2mm neoprene, which is known for its excellent durability and grip. As for drying time, the gloves are designed for quick water release, making them easier to dry after dives. However, please note that actual drying time may vary depending on the circumstances of your dives and how well you rinse the gloves after use.

Are the gloves suitable for an average water temperature of 18-20N{degree sign}C? Would they prevent me from feeling comfortable during winters?
Imran Hanafiah –
Thank you for your question about our Scubapro Subgear D-Flex 2mm Gloves. While these gloves are perfect for warmer water temperatures, they may not be suitable for average water temperatures of 18-20°C for an extended period. As they are made from 2mm super stretch neoprene, they may not offer sufficient warmth for colder conditions. We recommend considering our thicker neoprene gloves for colder water temperatures. Would you like me to suggest some alternative options?
Astrid Liang –
What are the size options for the Scubapro Subgear D-Flex 2mm Gloves? I’m a bit concerned about getting the wrong size since I’ve had issues with gloves being too loose or too tight. Can they accommodate larger hands?

The Scubapro Subgear D-Flex 2mm Gloves are available in various sizes to cater to different hand fits. We offer small, medium, large, and X-large sizes to accommodate larger hands. Zainal Ali –
I’m not sure if these gloves are worth the investment. On the surface, they seem like normal diving gloves but with some extra friction dots. Did they really make a difference in my diving experience? Unfortunately, I didn’t get to dive as much as I wanted to, so I couldn’t really appreciate the benefits of the Scubapro Subgear D-Flex 2mm Gloves.
Imran Hanafiah –
Thank you for sharing your honest review, Zainal. We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t get to dive as much as you wanted to and couldn’t fully appreciate the benefits of the Scubapro Subgear D-Flex 2mm Gloves. The friction dots on this product are indeed designed to improve grip, but we understand that this might not be immediately noticeable without extensive use. We’d like to invite you to try them again in the future and see the difference it can make in your diving experience.
Jeffery Wong –
How long will the waterproof coating last on the gloves? Will I have to reapply it frequently?
Junhao Lo –
Thank you for your question, Jeffery! The waterproof coating on the Scubapro Subgear D-Flex 2mm Gloves is designed to be long-lasting, but it does require some care to maintain its effectiveness. To ensure the coating lasts as long as possible, we recommend avoiding exposure to high temperatures, strong chemicals, or abrasive materials that could damage the coating. Regularly cleaning the gloves with mild soap and water should also help extend the life of the waterproof coating. We haven’t had any customers report issues with the coating wearing off prematurely, but it’s always a good idea to reapply a waterproofing spray or cream periodically to keep the gloves protected. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask.

I just used the Scubapro gloves on my last dive trip and they were amazing! The 2mm super stretch neoprene provided a great grip on the underwater terrain, and the friction dots on the surface prevented my hands from slipping. I also appreciated the flexibility and comfort of the gloves. I would definitely recommend this product to fellow divers!
