To maximize the overall depth of the BCD, we recommend the following: Firstly, make sure the bladder is properly inflated by adjusting the valves according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Secondly, consider using a more buoyant material for your wetsuit to help offset the lower bladder depth. Additionally, trim technique can also play a role in maintaining your depth. By staying relaxed, streamlining your body and using your fins to control your depth, you can counterbalance the effects of the bladder depth. Have you tried any of these techniques before, Esther?
