The Scubapro C1 Compass is a perfect addition to my diving gear. The compact size and wrist strap mount make it easy to use during dives. I’ve used it for a few dives now and it’s been very accurate.
Amanda Wong –
Does the wrist strap mount make it easy to take off and put on?
Imran Hanafiah –
Thank you for your question about the Scubapro C1 Compass w/ Wrist Strap Mount. The wrist strap of this compass is designed to be easily removable, making it convenient to take it off when not in use. You can simply slide it off your wrist and store it safely when not required. The strap is also adjustable to fit different wrist sizes for a secure and comfortable fit.

The Scubapro C1 Compass is an excellent tool for underwater navigation. It’s compact, lightweight, and easy to read even in low light conditions. I’ve noticed a slight issue with the compass needle being a bit too sensitive, but it’s not a deal breaker.
Randy Tan –
Can I use this compass at extreme depths?
Imran Hanafiah –
Thank you for your question, Randy. The Scubapro C1 Compass w/ Wrist Strap Mount is designed for general orientation bearings on recreational dives but is not suited for extreme depths. Scubapro C1 Compass has a water resistance up to 10 ATM (1,000 kPA/150 psi). This allows for safe use even in cold water conditions, but we do not provide specifications for extreme depths like cave or technical diving. We recommend this product for your surface-level and recreational diving use.
Kevin Tan –
The Scubapro C1 Compass is a great little instrument for recreational dives. It’s easy to use and provides accurate readings. I like that it has a wrist strap mount, but I wish it came with a carrying case.
Celine Low –
I’m considering purchasing this compass, but can it withstand rough handling?
Imran Hanafiah –
Thank you for considering our Scubapro C1 Compass w/ Wrist Strap Mount! We understand your concern about its durability. Our compass is designed to be compact and robust, making it perfect for general orientation bearings on recreational dives. It’s also equipped with a wrist strap mount for easy carrying. However, we want to assure you that while it’s built to withstand regular use, it’s still a relatively delicate piece of equipment. We recommend treating it with care and following some basic guidelines to ensure its longevity. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to ask. We’d be happy to help.

Is the wrist strap adjustable to fit different wrist sizes?
Junhao Lo –

Chai Koon Woon –
I wish the compass had a lumi function for navigating in low-light conditions, which would make it even more useful.
Ling Wen –
Will this compass be effective in deep-water dives?
Imran Hanafiah –
Thank you for your question, Ling Wen! For deep-water dives, we recommend using the Scubapro C1 Compass in conjunction with your dive watch or other navigation equipment. While it’s designed for general orientation bearings on recreational dives, its compact size and wrist strap mount do make it a great accessory. However, for deep-water dives, it’s essential to have a compass specifically designed for the task, such as the Suunto A-30L or similar models. We recommend consulting with a dive professional for more accurate information on deep-water navigation.
