Does the Scubapro 3-Gauge In-Line Console – Plastic come with a replacement battery? I’ve heard horror stories about scuba gear batteries dying in the middle of a dive, and I want to be prepared.

How does the Scubapro 3-Gauge In-Line Console – Plastic hold up in extreme weather conditions? I’m planning on taking it on a liveaboard trip and I want to make sure it can withstand the rough seas.
Imran Hanafiah –
Thank you for considering the Scubapro 3-Gauge In-Line Console – Plastic for your liveaboard trip, Emily. This in-line console is designed to provide reliable pressure readings and is built to withstand harsh marine environments. However, it’s essential to note that the plastic housing may not be as durable as other materials. To ensure the console can withstand rough seas, I recommend cleaning it regularly after exposure to saltwater, drying it thoroughly after each use, and storing it in a protective case when not in use. Additionally, make sure to check the console for any signs of damage or malfunction before departure. For more information on maintenance and storage, I suggest consulting the user manual. If you have any follow-up questions or concerns, feel free to ask, or share your experience with the Scubapro 3-Gauge In-Line Console – Plastic with our community after your trip.

I’m a bit disappointed with the Scubapro 3-Gauge In-Line Console – Plastic. I thought it would be more accurate, but unfortunately, it has not met my expectations. The minor negative is the lack of a backlight, which can make it difficult to read in low light conditions. Minor issues aside, it’s still a good product.
