Emily Wong –
I’m extremely pleased with the performance of the Problue SN-1239 in various challenging underwater conditions.
However, the dry purge snorkel itself did not come with a cover to protect the mouthpiece when not in use.
Kelvin Wong –
I’d say the Problue SN-1239 is fantastic, it does what it’s supposed to do and what more could you ask for?
Imran Hanafiah –

What is the recommended cleaning and maintenance routine for the Problue SN-1239 Dry Pruge Snorkel?
Imran Hanafiah –
Thank you for reaching out to us, Rebecca. We recommend rinsing your Problue SN-1239 Dry Pruge Snorkel with freshwater after each use. For more thorough cleaning, we suggest soaking the snorkel in a mixture of water and white vinegar for about 30 minutes, followed by a rinse with fresh water. Regular maintenance will help keep your snorkel in good condition and prevent bacterial growth. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Farah Irfan –
What are the benefits of using a dry purge snorkel compared to a traditional snorkel?
Imran Hanafiah –
Thank you for your question, Farah! The Problue SN-1239 Dry Pruge Snorkel offers several benefits over traditional snorkels. One of the main advantages is that it prevents water from entering the snorkel when taking heavy breaths or exhaling, reducing the risk of inhaling water and minimizing the risk of lung overexpansion injuries. The dry purge system also reduces the amount of water that can flood the snorkel, making it a more comfortable and convenient option for divers. Additionally, the dry purge snorkel’s design helps to conserve air, allowing you to dive for longer periods without needing to resurface for air.
Nur Jannah –
Can I ask, how does the Problue SN-1239 Dry Pruge Snorkel fare in saltwater environments?
Junhao Lo –
Thank you for reaching out to us about your question, Nur Jannah! The Problue SN-1239 Dry Pruge Snorkel is designed to be used in various water environments, including saltwater. Our snorkel is equipped with a dry purge valve which is resistant to corrosion from salt and other minerals. However, we recommend cleaning and lubricating the valve regularly to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, please note that prolonged exposure to high levels of salt and other minerals may affect the snorkel’s performance over time. If you have any further concerns or would like more information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Xavier Leong –
As soon as I started using the Problue SN-1239, I noticed that water somehow managed to get into my mask.
Astrid Wong –
How long is the hose on the Problue SN-1239, considering that I require plenty of clearance?
Junhao Lo –
Thank you for reaching out to us, Astrid. I’d be happy to help you with your question. Unfortunately, we don’t have the exact hose length listed for the Problue SN-1239 Dry Pruge Snorkel on our product page. However, I can suggest a few options for you to find the answer. You can check the product’s packaging or documentation that came with the snorkel, or you can contact Problue’s customer support directly for the most accurate information. I’d also recommend checking online reviews or forums where other customers might have shared their experiences with this product.

Unfortunately, the Problue SN-1239 Dry Pruge Snorkel was a bit pricey, but I can confidently say that it’s worth the investment. The quality of the product is top-notch, and I’ve had no issues with it since purchasing.
Darren Lee –
I am thoroughly impressed with the durability of this snorkel! The Problue SN-1239 Dry Pruge Snorkel withstood rough handling and harsh marine conditions without showing any signs of wear.

Perhaps it would be beneficial to improve the dry purge mechanism’s resistance to ocean pollutants to avoid its failure and for durability purposes.
In general, the dry purging by the Problue SN-1239 operates fairly well.

Zachary Ang –
Will the Problue SN-1239 still work properly at depths of more than 10 meters?
Junhao Lo –
Thank you for reaching out to us, Zachary. The Problue SN-1239 Dry Pruge Snorkel is designed for moderate water sports and activities. According to the product specifications, it has a recommended maximum depth of 3 meters (10 feet). For depths beyond this limit, we cannot guarantee its performance or safety. However, some customers have reported using it successfully at greater depths, though these instances are not officially endorsed. We recommend exercising extreme caution and understanding that exceeding the recommended maximum depth may void the warranty.
