However, the time it takes for the regulator to reach a breathing pressure of 1500 PSI depends on the supply pressure and the airflow demand of the user. In general, it should not take more than 1-2 seconds to reach a breathing pressure of 1500 PSI from the lowest pressure setting, but this may vary depending on the specific diving conditions and the user’s breathing rate.
