The straps on the weight pocket are designed to be adjustable and secure, but it’s common for straps to stretch or loosen over time with repeated use. As a result, we recommend re-tightening the straps approximately every 1-3 months, or whenever you notice them feeling loose. To prolong the lifespan of the straps, we also recommend avoiding over-tightening, which can cause stress on the fabric.
