For equalizing pressure during freediving, we recommend using a full-face mask or a nose clip in conjunction with the vest. I was able to stay afloat for a longer period while snorkeling in Bali. The vest was very comfortable to wear and the color was as shown in the picture. I would recommend wearing a rash guard underneath for added comfort.

This new material not only reduces waste but also provides excellent insulation and flexibility.
