   The Mares Equator Booties – 6 provided better insulation than my previous booties during my snorkeling trip. The grip was also excellent.

   I was dissatisfied with the poor water pressure resistance of the booties. Not suitable for diving at depths below 50ft.

   What is the lifespan of these booties? Are they still within the manufacturer’s recommended usage?

     Thank you for taking the time to review the Mares Equator Booties – 6, Lim Hui Pin. The lifespan of our booties is generally quite long, with proper care and maintenance. On average, our booties can last anywhere from 3 to 5 years, depending on how frequently they are used. However, the manufacturer’s recommended usage is indeed a good indicator of their lifespan. We recommend replacing the booties every 1 to 2 years for frequent use. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

   Has anyone else experienced issues with the stitching coming undone? Asking because I have a small tear near the sole.

Can you please send us a photo of the tear near the sole so we can review it and provide a solution or replacement as needed?    Are these booties suitable for use with any diving gear? Are there any compatibility issues I should be aware of?
