I ordered a Medium, but it runs a bit large. Would 100% recommend getting the Akona Rash Guard Long sleeve UV exposure. 8 oz. in a smaller size to get the perfect fit. That being said, it’s still a great product and the minor size issue didn’t deter me from enjoying it.

This product is designed to provide excellent protection against UV exposure, but we also understand that it may be used in various water conditions. Unfortunately, we haven’t received much information about its performance in extreme water conditions. However, many of our customers who use this product in rough waters report that it holds up well and provides a comfortable, secure fit. The 8 oz material is also surprisingly durable and resistant to tears. We’d love to hear about your experience with this product and would be happy to provide any further guidance or recommendations.
